1. Where is 54 Below located?
54 Below is located at 254 West 54th Street, between Broadway and 8th Avenue. To see a map check out our directions page.
2. Where can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online or by calling 54 Below at (646) 476-3551.
3. Is 54 Below wheelchair accessible?
Yes, there is an elevator in the building adjacent to 54 Below which will be opened by the 54 Below doorman. Take the elevator to the lowest level and enter the into the club through the door to your right. Premium, Bar and Bar Rail Seating are not wheelchair accessible.
4. Is there a dress code? Do I have to check my coat?
Guests of 54 Below are encouraged to wear smart casual attire. For the comfort and safety of our guests and staff, no coats or bags (larger than 12″w x 12″h x 16″l) are allowed inside of the dining room or bar. Coat and bag check is complimentary.
5. How do I know where I am sitting?
Seating is assigned by the Maitre’d based on the size of parties attending that evening’s performance. Although there is no advance assigned seating, rest assured that you will have a terrific view – no seat is further than 24 feet from the stage.
6. What is Cabaret-style seating?
Some seating is at long tables so that you and your guests may be seated with another party. Tables are not for individual parties and therefore you and your guests may be seated with another party. To view our seating chart CLICK HERE
7. What is the difference between the different seating sections, apart from the main dining room?
Bar seats are on comfortable padded stools with backs at the bar. Rail seats are located at the edge of the bar area, looking into the dining room towards the stage. (The railing has a built-in table for dining.) Side view seats are located in the main dining room, on either side of the rear portion of the stage. For certain shows, these seats will have partially obstructed views. Full food and beverage service is provided at all locations.
8. What time should I arrive?
Venue opening depends on each show, but tickets for our regular shows always come with dinner reservation times. Please choose your ticket according to the time that you would like to come and dine with us before the show. A separate dinner reservation is not needed if you have purchased a ticket to one of our shows. Check our website for “Doors Open” times for Late Night shows.
9. When can I come for pre-theatre dinner if I’m not seeing a show at 54 Below?
Pre-theatre dinner is served from 5:15pm nightly. We ask that you please complete your meal 30 minutes before our ticketed event begins (6:30pm).
10. Does 54 Below offer Student Rush tickets?
Yes, for select performances and while supplies last. The Student Rush price is 1/2 off the Door Sale price. There are no service fees or unit fees applied to Student Rush tickets. Available at the box office 30 minutes prior to show time. Cash only. There is a limit of 2 tickets per valid college or high school ID, which must be presented upon purchase. First come, first served. (The food and beverage minimum still applies.)

12. What service fees apply to my order?
We have transited to a new, more efficient ticketing system. Under this system the service fee will be 10% of your ticket price plus a $1 unit fee per ticket. The new service charges are about the same as those you have been used to paying on our old ticketing system. These charges will be placed on all online and phone transactions. However, those guests with Gold level Club 54 membership will have service fees waived when ordering through the Club 54 Concierge.
13. Is there an age requirement?
54 Below is a sophisticated nightclub that can be enjoyed by any appropriately mature young person.
14. What is your refund/exchange policy?
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets; however, Club 54 members may exchange their tickets once per order. To join Club 54 and for more information, click here.
