I’m currently watching and I need assistance.

Please email us directly at streamsupport@54below.com for help.

My concert is freezing or buffering, what can I do?

This is most often caused by an insufficient internet connection for live or on demand video streaming. We suggest a minimum download speed of 7Mbps (megabits per second) for HD video, though 12Mbps is the recommended.

How can I cast the stream onto my TV?

If you have a cast-compatible device on the same Wi-fi network on which you have accessed the viewing page, a Cast icon will appear on your viewing page as soon as the stream has been activated.

Casting enables viewers to use either a Google Cast compatible device such as Chromecast, or an Apple AirPlay compatible device such as AppleTV, to stream video and audio content to a compatible TV or sound system. Tap the icon in the control bar to stream your content on a cast-compatible device. 54 Below does not provide technical support for issues that may arise during the casting of your online video to your alternate device. If you are experiencing issue with casting, we recommend that you return to watching the stream on the native device.

If the cast button doesn’t appear, it means there isn’t a cast-compatible device on the same Wi-fi network, therefore you cannot cast the stream.

Why am I not seeing the video, just a black screen?

This is likely because of software on your computer or a browser add-on blocking the video technology used by many streaming platforms. We highly recommend completely removing your ad blocker and ANY browser extensions or add ons as they often interfere with video security.

If you’re unable to see the video in your browser, we also recommend opening the concert in an incognito tab or switching to a different browser for the duration of the event. (Completely clearing your cache, history, and cookies should also work.)

Can more than one person watch on one account?

Only one user can watch on one tab, screen, or device per account. If you’re with a friend in the same room, you could watch together on the same screen – but you can’t share your links or logins.

Two streams should not be purchased on one account.

I missed my live event! Can I watch it another time?

Live events are like a cabaret show– they only happen at the posted times and after that they are not available for replay or otherwise.
