COVID-19 Safety Information For Visitors
Feinstein’s/54 Below is excited to welcome artists, staff, and audiences back to “Broadway’s Living Room.”
We are committed to providing an unforgettable experience for all guests, staff and artists in a safe and healthy environment. To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, we have developed a COVID-19 Safety Plan, which follows the most current guidelines of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the New York State Department of Health and Federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) related to COVID-19. We’re also grateful to the restaurant community in their sharing of wisdom and best practices.
Please note that all guidelines and policies are subject to change in accordance with government mandates and recommendations.
In addition to creating new policies to make our guests, performers and staff safer when visiting our space, we have made some physical modifications to our venue.
Below are some of the basic safety measures we will be implementing:
All restaurant staff members are tested weekly.
All guests entering the club age 5 and older must provide proof of full vaccination at the door.
An individual is considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after the required dosage. For example, recipients of the Pfizer vaccine are not considered fully vaccinated until 2 weeks after their second shot.
The following vaccinations are accepted:
– Johnson & Johnson
– Sinopharm BIBP
Proof of full vaccination can be your actual card, a photo of your card, the Excelsior Pass, or proof provided by a foreign government.
We require that all on-stage participants be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to their performance at Feinstein’s/54 Below. We also require all on-stage participants to have received their booster shot*. All on-stage participants must provide proof of vaccination and booster at the time their show is contracted, or at the time they are confirmed to participate in the performance.
All Feinstein’s/54 Below staff must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and are required to have received their booster shot*.
Children under the age of 5 wishing to attend a show in the audience must present proof of a negative PCR/NAAT test taken within 72 hours of entry or proof of a negative antigen test taken within 6 hours of entry. Please notify the box office at 646-476-3551 at least 72 hours in advance of your performance if your party includes someone under the age of 5. Individuals under 5 must wear a face mask, except when eating and drinking. Children under the age of 5 are not allowed to be part of performances indefinitely.
*Our booster requirements may be waived for some performers and staff on a case-by-case basis due to medical exemptions.
Performers, guests, and staff are welcome to wear a mask at their discretion.
Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning
In consultation with our Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) experts, we have worked to find the best solution for our space to meet government requirements for indoor dining. Our venue has two Aerus Pure and Clean oxidation and ionization units. Utilizing high intensity UVC light, these units are proven to remove airborne and surface contaminants.
Air circulation has been modified to ensure an exchange of inside and outside air.
Hand Sanitizing Stations
Hand sanitizer dispensers with a 60% or greater alcohol content have been installed in our entrances, outside restrooms and several other locations on our premises. These will be maintained by the sanitation attendant on duty.
We are operating at full capacity with our traditional cabaret-style seating.
Signs have been posted inside the restrooms reminding guests of proper hand washing procedures.
When purchasing tickets through our website or via the phone, guests must reserve a specific arrival time. There will be a limited number of reservations taken for each arrival time to help control guest flow into the stairwell and lobby. Reservations for both the 7:00 pm and 9:30 pm shows will be in 15-minute increments.
Reservations for the 7:00 pm show will begin at 5:30 pm, with the last reservations at 6:15 pm. Reservations for the 9:30 pm show will begin at 9:00 pm, with the last reservation at 9:15 pm.
Doors for the later show will not open until 9:00 pm, allowing the staff time to sanitize the club between shows.
Walk-ins will only be accepted at the discretion of management.
Arriving for a Show
Guests should arrive at the club between 5 and 10 minutes, but not more than 15 minutes, prior to their reservation. Management will make special accommodations for guests with disabilities who may need more time to enter the club. If possible, we request that guests notify the box office of any such need for special assistance at the time of ticket purchase by calling 646-476-3551.
Guests who have exhibited any of the symptoms of COVID-19 within 72 hours of their reservation must call our box office at 646-476-3551 for help rescheduling tickets.
Artist Meet and Greets
We have resumed artist meet and greets at the bar areas after shows at the artist discretion.
Feinstein’s/54 Below encourages all guests to view a digital copy of the menu on their personal electronic devices/phones. This link will be available through a QR code placed on all tables. A link to the menu will also be emailed to guests upon purchase of tickets and included in the reminder sent 24 hours prior to their visit.
Printed menus will be available for guests who are unable to download or use electronic menus.
Guests who do not wish to dine in the club may order items to-go to fulfill the $25 food and beverage minimum and enjoy their meal at home.
