Sunday… by the blue, purple, yellow, red Hudson! 54 Below continues our popular Sondheim Unplugged series with this very special edition, celebrating the music of two landmark musicals: Assassins and Sunday in the Park with George. Everybody’s Got the Right to attend when a collection of esteemed voices from Broadway & beyond delve into treasured Sondheim tunes like Color and Light, The Ballad of Booth, Everybody Loves Louis, Unworthy of Your Love, Finishing the Hat & Another National Anthem. Hosted by 54 Below’s own Director of Original Programming and regular Sondheim Unplugged host, Phil Geoffrey Bond, expect special tidbits of backstage folklore along with a wide range of compositions from these two ground-breaking shows, among the most admired in the Sondheimian canon.
