Join us at Feinstein’s/54 Below for a whimsical evening featuring the story and songs from Tara Tremendous The Musical.
The show is based on Stewart St. John‘s light-hearted #1 iTunes Kids & Family superhero podcast about a little girl from Big City who dreams of a life far away from her controlling grandmother— one in which she can help others just the way her parents taught her! Tara gets her chance when she goes from ordinary to extraordinary overnight after accidentally receiving the powers of every superhero in the world. But will Grandmother Evelyn—president of the Anti-Superhero Society—allow Tara to embrace her destiny or will she squash her heroic future?
With show-stopping tunes like “Here I Am,” “Believe,” “So Close!,” “Don’t Mess With Mama,” “Why?,” “We’re Superheroes,” “That’s What You Need To Know!,” and more, the night will be funny, over-the-top and totally TREMENDOUS!
Tara Tremendous The Musical was adapted for the stage by award-winning writer, composer, and lyricist Stewart St. John, with music and songs by Stewart St. John & Michael Plahuta. The show, presented by Wonkybot Studios (http://www.wonkybot.com), is produced by Wonkybot COO Todd Fisher and Grammy Award-Winner Van Dean, CEO of Broadway Records.
