Julia Meinwald and Gordon Leary’s Pregnancy Pact returns to New York for one night at 54 Below! Inspired by the infamous (if apocryphal) pact forged by high school girls in Gloucester, Massachusetts, Pregnancy Pact received its world-premiere production at the Weston Playhouse after being seen at Ars Nova, the Yale Institute for Music Theatre, and the 2011 NAMT Festival of New Works. Members of the Weston cast, some special guests, and a six-piece band will come together to sing (read as: belt) about making friends, making love, making a family, and making a sex tape.
